The possible statuses given are:

• 1 Dodge
• Reduce by 2
• 4 Shield
• 1 Fury
• 1 Re-Equip

The gadget is usable once per turn.

• Double Edge
• Lucky 7
• Power Crystal
• Secret Weapon

It is also available as a gadget through Encyclopedia.

While there are no gadgets in Reunion, this potion temporarily turns your Limit Break to Power Up:
