Slime (Bonus Round Rule)

The Slime bonus round rule is one of the many rules that can be applied during the Bonus Round episodes. It can be offered on any floor for any character but is more likely upon entering floors 2 or 3. The rule cannot appear at the same time as the Rhino Beetle Bonus Round rule (since both deal damage at the start of a player's turn), the Haunted Jar Bonus Round rule (since constant unblockable damage would be debilitating), and the Warlock Bonus Round rule (since the two don't mesh very well).

Slime Start each fight with 2 poison.

When the rule activates, the player will be inflicted with 2 Poison at the start of the fight. This guarantees that the player will take 2 damage on turn 1 and 1 damage on turn 2 (not to mention that the enemy can still poison you).

While this isn't a lot of damage, it can't be blocked in any way so it can build up over the battles between level ups (at least 4 battles).

Be careful: the Drain Monster rule can still come into play, making it so a random piece of equipment will be Weakened on turn 1 as well!
