The Rose bonus round rule is one of the many rules that can be applied during the Bonus Round episodes. It has a chance to spawn on floors 2 and 3 for every character, but is more likely on floor 2.

Both you and your enemies do +1 extra damage with each attack.

When the rule activates, a status is added to both fighters causing most damaging moves to do 1 extra damage. This includes attacks from equipment, self-damage from Boomerang, damage from Burning dice, Thorns damage, and jinx damage.

Poison damage and self-damage from equipment with “Lose health” like Candle is not affected by this rule. Additionally, while Wooden Stake will do 6 damage when used, Drake will still have to be brought to 5 health or lower for the Vampire status to be removed.
