Electric Whip is a piece of equipment introduced in the Halloween Special that deals damage and causes a random piece of unused equipment to be Shocked, requiring the player to place a dice into the equipment to use it again on that turn.

This version has a different upgraded effect from the Halloween Special, since size-changing upgrades aren't in the Inventor Reunion episode.
