Chaos Blade is a piece of equipment in Dicey Dungeons that does a random amount of damage. The damage is shown to the player, but changes after each action done, including:

• Uses of equipment
• Dice rerolls that happen after filling countdowns
  • A fully filled countdown counts as 2 actions because the reroll and the activation of the countdown are considered separately.
• Using the Limit Break

The damage done is guaranteed to change every action, but the probability of each damage value isn't consistent. After each action, the damage changes with these chances:

If the random generator gives the same value, Chaos Blade will keep trying until it sets the damage to a different value, so it won't keep the same damage value.

This equipment is pretty hard to find since you need to use a specific build (Turbo Charge and Electrocute) and it only has a 1/3 chance to appear when you have those items.

• If you enter floor 5 with both Turbo Charge and Electrocute, it has a 1/3 chance to appear in the chest on floor 5.
