Ned is the blacksmith for Dicey Dungeons. He manages the blacksmith, which is represented by an anvil on the map. When met, he will upgrade one piece of equipment for free.

He also offers equipment copying services if met at a blueprint on the map, where he will take a piece of equipment and add a copy of it to the backpack. This service mainly exists during in episodes such as Curse of Greed where all the player's equipment is already upgraded, as well as in the Inventor episodes upon reaching level 5.

His hammer is always synced to the song playing in the background, even while the victory or shop themes are playing.
