Kale Salad is a piece of equipment in Dicey Dungeons that increases the fighter's max health by 1 and heals the fighter for 1 health at the same time.

Since fighters can run away to get more maximum health multiple times, this equipment doesn't generate naturally. It can be gotten through the shop when the Yolanda bonus round rule is active, but it's still rare since it's in a pool containing all the items in the game.
