Basic Details

In the Parallel Universe episodes, all of the player's equipment has been changed to new, more complex equipment. Enemy health is also raised by 10%, similar to the Elimination Round (Robot) episode.

Status effects are also changed. For example, when Freeze happens, all dice calculated are reduced by the amount of Freeze inflicted, making it impossible to calculate a 6. This makes it possible to calculate more dice, albeit with lower values.

Finally, the list of Jackpot skills is greatly expanded. Three Jackpot skills are chosen, some with lower odds than others. You'll always get 2 common Jackpot skills, and you have a 1 in 10 chance of getting a rare Jackpot skill (otherwise it'll be another common one). (citation needed)

The Robot's Limit Break is Autoroll, which rolls dice automatically for you and guarantees a Jackpot at the end.
