====== Cackle ======

**Cackle** is a gadget for the [[characters:inventor|Inventor]] that inflicts 1 [[statuses:cursed|curse]] onto the enemy. It is usable once per turn.

Originally, most equipment here scrapped to a gadget called [[skills:Dramatic Pause]]. However, Terry Cavanagh, the developer, thought the gadget's name was weak and eventually changed it to Cackle, although the original name still stays for modding purposes.
